Use an anti-fog drop on your glasses. Brands such as Optifog or Progear are available. Get prescription glasses with built in anti-fog coating . Shamir Glacier Anti-fog can significantly reduce fogging on your glasses. If you are in humid or wet environments, you may need to wipe your lenses to restore their anti-fog resistance.
